"The Book Club"Every week the same group of women get together for their book club. Every Sunday, at church, they draw straws to decide who's house the book club will meet at that night. Its a small town, so there aren't many people for the book club, and besides, its no entry. There was a time when the women would bring some of their family with them to book club; but it was decided that the guests only got in the way of their book club. Creation: Book 2 Part 2It was already happening, the loneliness. For weeks he walked the night's streets feeling as though he could never be like the people he saw. Seeing the families, the social gatherings, and the social aggregates that he felt he could never be included in was driving him mad. A night never passed by without finding an evil doer; though sometimes he questioned the extent of evil the human had to have gone.
